I ordered the mount kit for the T5 camera after getting a new windshield. The kit they sent had a different mount than the T5, and thus did not fit my camera. Focuway did not respond when I sent an inquiry on how to resolve the problem.

I wound up getting a generic dashcam mounting kit on Amazon, with which I successfully re-mounted my camera.

Should I ever need one again, I won't waste time and money trying to get it through Focuway.

Took 2 weeks just to get shipped, slow delivery

Great replacement part. One suggestion package should include a wedge to smooth the sticker part to the windshield.

This is my fourth camera from focaway

I ordered this as well as my partner and she got hers within a week and I got mine like three weeks later
